This is a weird one.
I'm not sure what possessed me to come up with it.. But I found it pretty good, and it fit in with all the weirdness of the least half of the album.
This song was actually recorded during a storm with a window open. But the sounds the mic picked up from the storm were too quite. I loved the sound of it though, so I grabbed a sound file from the internet and mixed it in. Another favorite.
This entire album actually has a story to go with it, and the song titles really mean something. But I think I'd rather leave it up to everyones imagination to interpret it.
The final song on the album..
Quiet, damp and lonely are ways of describing it.
It's a sad song.
A song about death.
And how it's celebrated by.. Well, I said I would let you use your imagination for the story...
I found it a fitting ending.
If you notice, the album has a curve from happiness to darkness. I love the last chord of this album, how it just melds into darkness..
